Booking:
We do not issue any refunds for our Tours and Trips once the booking is confirmed and the itinerary is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues before the dates of your booked trips or after finishing the trips.

Luggage:
The standard luggage allowance is one bag per adult person. Our clients must inform us about any additional luggage or infants. All fees will be free if you inform us about any additional luggage one week prior to the trip and if it does not impede the trip execution.
Entrance Fees:
Some places you will visit in Jordan may charge entrance fees. We will make sure to give you the information about the prices so you can be prepared in advance. we do not take any responsibility for changes concerning the entrance fees.
Travel insurance:
Travel insurance is not included in your booking. If you feel travel insurance is a necessary condition of the booking it is your responsibility to make suitable arrangements and inform the relevant supplier. We are ready to provide any assistance you may require whilst on your holiday. And please ensure you have all our contact details before you travel.
At the time of booking, all prices shown on our website are subject to availability & subject to change at any time. if you like any of our offers / prices please contact us immediately via email to check availability.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
