Cancellation and refund terms below apply to tours and activities, unless a different policy is displayed on product page.

Terms and Condition.

Your Booking
In order to process your booking we need to collect personal information about you that may
include special needs/ dietary requirements, or other personal information. We take full responsibility
for the security of your personal information.
We do not pass your information to any party not required in making the arrangements for your
booking.

Conditions of Booking
By making a booking with us you state that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal authority
to make the booking. You agree that you are responsible for all charges (including fees, taxes and
duties) incurred in making the booking, and that you will pay them in full and on time as stated in
the applicable terms and conditions.

Entrance Fees
The places you wish to visit in Jordan may charge entrance fees, we will give you some information
about the prices and we will try to update, we are not accept any responsibility for any change of the
entrance fees.

Passports, Visas and Health
We provide general information about the passport and visa requirements for your trip. Your specific
passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you
should confirm these with the Jordanian embassy in your country or consulate. We not accept any
responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or
immigration requirements. Jordan now requires passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your
return date.
We can provide general information about any health formalities required for your trip but you
should check with your own doctor for your specific circumstances.

Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your booking. If you feel travel insurance is a necessary condition
of the booking it is your responsibility to make suitable arrangements and inform the relevant
supplier. We are ready to provide any assistance you may require whilst on your holiday . Please
ensure you have all our contact details before you travel.

Child and families Discounts
We offer discounts for children’s and families, usually based on children sharing with two full paying
adults. Please provide us some details about your trip like, child ages, number of adults, hotels
required … etc… , our employee will provide the best discount for you.

Pricing
At the time of booking, all prices shown on our website are subject to availability & subject to
change at any time. If you like any of our offers / prices please contact us immediately via email to
check availability.

Payment on booking
When you make your booking a deposit is required. The deposit is set at 20% of the trip price,
payable on confirmation of the booking. Full balance of payment is required 65 days prior to
departure. Payment of the initial fee creates a contract between you and us. If any payment is not
received on time, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and cancellation
charges will be due from you as set out.

Amendments/ Cancellations
Any amendments such as changes to the names and dates or cancellation of your booking must be
in writing and it will incur charges as below:
– 30 days before departure: the deposit is taken as a cancellation fee ( 20 % )
– 30 – 14 days before departure: 50% of the Total amount will be nonrefundable.
– 14 days or less before departure: cancellation fee of 100% will apply
– Leave during your trip: cancellation fee of 100% will apply and no refund for any not provided
services.

Special Requests
If you make any special requests at the time of booking such as sea views, balconies and adjacent
rooms will be subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee any changes until we confirm that.

Accommodation
Sometimes hotels make a change. If you have already booked we will let you know as soon as we
can, if there is time before your departure.
If your hotel has to make a major change to your booking, we will offer you the option of accepting
the change (mostly upgrade) or canceling the booking and receiving a full refund of all monies paid
to us.

Luggage allowance and infants
Standard luggage allowance is one bag per adult person; our clients must inform us about any
additional Luggage or infants, all your luggage will be free when you inform us about any additional
luggage or infants before one week at least, and if it does not impede the trip execution .
